Compliance with Your Home Exercise Program

You are attending Physical Therapy 2-3 times a week and you are feeling the same.

At this point, you may have to ask yourself, are you being compliant with your exercises?  You admit to yourself you are not.  You are not listening to what your physical therapist recommended for you to do at home.  You think it will get better on by just going to Physical Therapy 2-3 times a week.  News flash:  It will not.  In order to achieve the maximum benefit of therapy, it is a must that you are compliant with your exercises on a daily basis.

So, the next time you think about skipping your exercises, remember that it is up to you to be compliant with your exercises, or else it is going to take a very long time.
